The National Research Foundation of Ukraine forms a register of experts for conducting scientific and scientific-technical examination (evaluation) of scientific and technical research projects submitted to the Foundation’s competition of projects to receive grant support.
The Foundation invites all scholars to join the formation of a register of experts. Ukrainian and foreign scientists who have a scientific degree, scientific publications and experience in research are invited to registration. Experts will evaluate the projects both on a free basis and with payment for the examination, in accordance with the “Norms of remuneration of experts involved in carrying out state scientific and scientific and technical expertise carried out at the expense of the state budget”, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Social Affairs. policy of Ukraine 20.03.2017 № 434.
Please note that registering as an expert does not limit the scientist’s right to submit project proposals for competitions. In this case, the expert will not be involved in the examination of projects within the competition on the same subject, on which he (she) will participate in the competitive selection.
