Eight affiliated university departments in economic disciplines operate on the basis of the Institute:

• “Industrial Economics” jointly with ONAFT (2007);
• “International Economic Relations” jointly with ONEU (2007);
• “Economics of Enterprise and Entrepreneurship” jointly with ONMU (2007);
• “Management and Economics of Maritime Transport” jointly with ONMA (2007)
•  “Environmental Economics” and “Management of Environmental Protection Activities” jointly with OSENU (2008);
•  “Accounting, Analysis and Audit” (2007), “Enterprise Economics” and “Economic Systems and Marketing” jointly with ONPU (2010)

Within the work of the affiliated departments, joint scientific seminars, conferences and round tables are held.
